I do not consent for any of my works to be used for malicious intent, NSFW, AI (including chatbots), and any usage for monetary gain and commercial usage. Repeated failure to comply will result in action being taken eg. being called out or being blocked/blacklisted. Legal action can be taken, if absolutely necessary.

Do not make physical 'merch' of my art and characters ex. pins, standees, frames, etc. or 'shrines' based on them without consent. That comes off as obsessive and I've had multiple people show obsessive behaviours over me before like that. Stop it.

MAIN LICENSING CONDITIONS

Unless stated otherwise, my materials (projects, characters, artwork, writings, etc.) are licensed under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0.

Please read through my entire list before deciding to build upon and/or use my materials, it is stated in the deed above that the license itself does not provide all permissions necessary for usage.

DERIVATIVES

Derivates refer to editing, altering, and/or remixing my materials, as well as building upon them (ex. making stories/comics/fanart/music).

Extensive fanworks and derivatives must require my consent first and confirmation that you are using the required attribution as given. I can no longer let this continue without consent as it has lead to people unintentionally crediting someone else for my own characters and having most of my lore disregarded. I do not want this to happen again.

I am a small creator. My own projects and characters should not be treated as a franchise and I do not like it when people freely build on them as if they were one. These are my works, not yours.

Restating this again, you must ask me first if you want to do an extensive fanwork. I need to confirm that you will provide appropriate attribution requirements as defined below

1. The title of your work 2. The title of my material(s) that you are building upon 3. My name (Rollie Rolerson) 4. A clear statement that your work is a derivative, and 5. The license I use, REMEMBER IT IS A SHAREALIKE, MEANING YOUR DERIVATIVE AND ANY RESULTANT DERIVATIVES OFF YOURS USE THE SAME LICENSE I USE.

For simple fanworks that are direct derivatives and do not build upon it in an extensive way (or are not planned to be continued in a series), simply crediting my name alongside a link to the source is sufficient. This does not nullify the ShareAlike and whatever you plan to do with your work must be under the same license conditions.

ArtFight attacks would technically be considered a derivative but crediting my name and/or linking to the AF source works given the nature of ArtFight itself.

So long as you provide clear and reasonable attribution and credit, you are okay to publicly share it on your social media. More extensive fanworks require more concise and formal attribution, so I may ask you to provide so if I do not see it.

USING/SHARING MATERIALS

Please ask me first if you would like to use/feature my works in a slideshow or gallery, whether physically or online.

You CANNOT use my materials for commercial purposes whatsoever, such as an advertisement or a banner.

Do not reupload my art on an art-sharing platform if it is not there already. This is an issue especially with potential theft and AI scraping.

I am fine if you want to use my art as a REFERENCE, STUDY, OR AID when drawing, ex. if you want to analyze/study how I did shading or composition, BUT I DO NOT ALLOW FOR MY WORKS TO BE TRACED OR HEAVILY COPIED AND MIMICKED. THAT IS CONSIDERED THEFT AND I WILL ACT ON IT.

By sharing or using my materials you understand that I do not automatically endorse it nor the person/group using the material(s)

COMMISSIONS/TRADES/REQUESTS

Conditions for commissions, character/design trading, gifting, and selling, and requests

I do not take commissions, and do not gift/adopt/trade/sell characters nor designs. I will not buy designs either. Requests are for close friends ONLY; I may make an exception on the basis of spare time and energy but do not expect more than that.

RESOURCES (for Toyhouse)

Conditions for resources I make primarily for others to use, such as codes (character/user profile codes, snippets, CSS, etc.) and decor (such as ribbons, stamps, and blinkies).

FOR CODES

You may frankenstein/combine my codes with others, edit them, and decide to use character profile codes for user profiles, and vice versa. But you are not allowed to steal, redistribute, or claim these as your own. You cannot put these codes behind a paywall. Do not remove the credit, even if you frankenstein or combine the code with another.

FOR DECOR

Crediting me for decor I make for public use is appreciated, but not necessary. But please do not try to claim it as your own.

I create resources with the intent of general public use and cannot predict who uses them and for what intent. Usage of my resources does NOT mean I support the user and/or character and their actions.
